This website, drmeghnaoza.in, belongs to Dr. Meghna Oza, an independent physiotherapist in Ahmedabad. I respect your privacy. This policy explains, in simple words, what personal information I collect, why I collect it, and the choices you have. It is written in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What I collect
- Appointment requests: when you use the appointment form, I collect your name, mobile number, your main concern, the visit type you choose, your area (for home visits) and your preferred day and time.
- Messages and calls: if you call or WhatsApp me, I receive your phone number and anything you choose to share.
- Website usage: only if you agree to analytics, Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, device type, approximate location (city level) and how you reached the site. It does not tell me who you are.
I do not ask for detailed medical history through this website. We discuss your health privately at your appointment.

- To provide physiotherapy care and follow up
- With your consent, to understand which pages help patients most, so I can improve the website
I do not sell your information, and I do not use it for advertising.

The appointment form asks for your consent before you send it. Analytics runs only if you click "Accept" on the cookie notice. You can withdraw consent at any time: use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page, or contact me to ask me to delete your appointment details.

How long I keep it
I keep appointment request details only as long as needed to arrange and provide your care, and any longer period required by law. Analytics data is kept for the shortest period Google Analytics allows that still lets me see yearly trends.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, and raise a complaint. To use any of these rights, contact me using the details below. I will respond as quickly as possible.
Children
If you are booking physiotherapy for a child, please make the request as the parent or guardian.
